All ten points, for less than one hire.

Two ways to work with us. Hand us the function and we'll run it from inside your team, or hand us a channel and we'll run that. Both are fixed monthly fees on the same Signal → Strategy → Scale method. Neither has a lock-in.

    Marketing as a Service

    CMO-level strategy, specialist-level execution.

We take on the role rather than sitting outside it. Priced against the loaded cost of the hire it replaces, and scoped by how much of the function we own, not by how many creatives we ship.

    Embedded Specialist

Part of the function, one channel owned end to end

    From$4,500/ month

    Replaces a mid-level specialist hire (~$7–9K/mo loaded)

    • We own one channel completely, not a campaign within it
    • In your Slack, in your weekly marketing standup
    • One named specialist, not a rotating account manager
    • Weekly reporting against your pipeline targets, not vanity metrics
    • Remit agreed up front from the modules below

    You've outgrown this when

You need a second channel owned, or you want the strategy above the channel owned too. That's Embedded Manager.

    Most popular

    Embedded Manager

We own demand generation. The role, not the deliverables

    From$8,000/ month

Replaces a demand gen manager hire (~$10–16K/mo loaded)

    • We own demand gen outcomes end to end, across your chosen remit
    • Channel strategy, execution, testing and reporting all sit with us
    • In your standups, your QBRs and your planning cycles
    • Direct line to your sales lead, because pipeline is a shared number
    • Scales across channels as the remit grows, without a new contract

    You've outgrown this when

The remit needs more hands than one person has, or you're running multiple markets and channels in parallel. That's Embedded Team.

    Embedded Team

A full function: manager plus specialists, built for GTM at scale

    From$15,000/ month

Replaces two to three hires (~$20–40K/mo loaded)

    • A demand gen lead plus dedicated channel specialists
    • Full GTM build where you need one: tracking, funnel, positioning, channels
    • Multi-market and multi-channel programs run in parallel
    • Your marketing function, staffed and managed, without the headcount
    • Quarterly planning owned jointly with your leadership

    You've outgrown this when

Beyond this it stops being a tier. Multi-brand portfolios and global rollouts get scoped directly around how your business runs.

    What sits inside the remit

The tier sets how much of the function we own. This sets what's inside it. One client hands us a blank slate and we build the whole GTM motion. Another has tracking, outbound and a sales team already, and we fill the gap on paid and ABM. Same tier, different remit, agreed on the first call.

    Channel Retainers

For when you already have a marketing team and you just need a channel run properly. Defined scope, defined deliverables, fixed monthly fee.

    Single Channel

For testing one motion, run properly

    $2,500/ month

    One platform, one active campaign

    • One platform (e.g. LinkedIn), one active campaign
    • Insider audience & seniority targeting frameworks
    • Up to 4 ad creative concepts / month
    • Continuously monitored and optimized, with a monthly performance report
    • Async support via email/Slack

    You've outgrown this when

You add a second campaign or channel, or you want weekly rather than monthly cadence.

    Multi-Channel

For an always-on program you don't want to run yourself

    $5,000/ month

    Ongoing, actively optimized campaigns

    • Up to 2 active campaigns or projects
    • Weekly optimization + reporting cadence
    • Structured A/B testing across creative and targeting
    • Up to 6 creative concepts + 6 ad copy adaptations / month
    • Landing page strategy consult
    • Quarterly business reviews

    You've outgrown this when

You'd rather hand over the function than keep briefing it. At that point Marketing as a Service costs less than the briefing overhead.

    Common questions

What does 'embedded' actually mean in practice?
You get a named person in your Slack, in your weekly marketing standup, and on your planning calls. They know your numbers, your sales team and your product. Same working relationship as an internal hire. The hiring, training, management and replacement risk just sit with us instead.
Why is Marketing as a Service priced 'from' rather than fixed?
Because the remit varies more than the ownership does. One client needs a full GTM build: tracking, positioning, paid, outbound and nurture. Another already has all of that and needs paid and ABM filled in. Same level of ownership, very different amount of ground to cover. We scope the remit with you on the first call and the number is fixed from there.
How does this compare to just hiring someone?
US mid-market demand gen roles were posting $95–155K base through 2026. Add 25–30% for benefits and payroll taxes and the loaded cost lands around $10–16K a month, before recruiting fees and three to six months of ramp. Embedded Manager starts at $8K, starts immediately, and you can stop any month.
    Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Everything runs month to month. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than hold you to a term, and it's the same promise we make in our outreach.
Can we start on a retainer and move to embedded later?
That's the common path. Plenty of clients start with one channel to prove the motion works, then hand over the function once there's something worth owning. Moving between tracks doesn't restart anything.
Does ad spend come out of the fee?
No, media spend is separate and goes directly to the platforms. We never take a percentage of spend, because it would pay us to spend more of your budget rather than less.

    Tell us what's missing.

Whether that's a whole function or a single channel, one call is usually enough to work out which track fits and what the remit should be.
