How Much Does a LinkedIn Ads Agency Cost? (2026)

Most pricing guides on this are written by agencies, including this one. So the ranges below come from what agencies publish on their own pricing pages, with links, and the Hyphen10 row is our own price.
What LinkedIn Ads agencies charge, at a glance
Management fees only. Ad spend goes to LinkedIn on top of these.
| Pricing model | What it costs | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Flat monthly fee, LinkedIn specialist agency | $3,000 a month plus a $1,000 setup fee, 3-month contract, for budgets under $15,000 a month | B2Linked pricing |
| Flat monthly fee, fully managed | From $3,000 a month in management fees, on top of ad spend | Impactable |
| Flat monthly fee at about $15,000 a month in spend | Usually $1,500 to $5,000 a month | SaaS Hero, 2026 |
| Scope-based estimate | $3,000 to $6,000 a month for one objective; $6,000 to $12,000 for a full ABM program | The Remarkable Agency, 2026 |
| Percentage of ad spend | 10% to 20% of spend | SaaS Hero, AgencyAnalytics |
| Percentage at larger budgets | 20% sliding to 6% of spend, for budgets over $15,000 a month | B2Linked pricing |
| One-off account audit | $2,000 (B2Linked); $2,000 to $5,000 (The Remarkable Agency) | B2Linked, The Remarkable Agency |
| Hyphen10 | $2,500 a month for one platform and one campaign; $5,000 for up to two campaigns with weekly optimization. Month to month. Audit free. | Our pricing |
Flat fee or percentage of spend?
Most agencies don't charge a percentage at all. In Credo's survey of 146 PPC firms, 82.68% worked on a flat fee and only 12.85% billed as a percentage of spend (Credo, 2022). That survey covers paid search and social broadly, not LinkedIn alone, but the split is telling.
A percentage fee isn't automatically bad. It does mean your agency earns more when you spend more, which is the opposite of what you want when the job is making each dollar work harder. We don't charge it for exactly that reason. If an agency quotes a percentage, ask what happens to their fee if they cut your wasted spend in half.
Budget for the ad spend separately
LinkedIn's own minimum is $10 a day for any ad format, and a new campaign needs at least $100 on its lifetime budget to launch (LinkedIn). LinkedIn suggests starting at $25 a day if you're new.
You'll see blogs quote a $2 minimum bid. It isn't on LinkedIn's site: the help centre says the lowest manual bid is $0.01 per result (LinkedIn Help). The real constraint is competition for your audience, not a floor.
What your spend will actually buy depends on market, audience and month. Run your numbers through our free LinkedIn Ads benchmark calculator before you set a budget, then add the agency fee on top.
What moves the price up or down
- Budget size. Percentage agencies get more expensive as you scale; flat-fee agencies often step up at set spend levels.
- Number of campaigns and markets. Each new audience, region or objective needs its own targeting, creative and reporting.
- Creative. Some fees include a set number of ad concepts each month. Others bill design and copy separately.
- Account-based programs. Targeting named accounts with matched audiences and sales alignment costs more than running lead gen to a broad audience.
- Tracking. Setting up conversion tracking and reporting to pipeline, rather than to clicks, is real work. Ask whether it's included.
- Contract term. Minimums of three months are common, and longer terms usually buy a lower monthly rate.
What to ask before you sign
- What's the all-in monthly fee, and what's billed on top: setup, creative, tools, landing pages?
- Is the fee flat, or a percentage of spend? If it's a percentage, how does it change as you scale?
- Who actually runs the account day to day, and how senior are they?
- What's the minimum term, and how much notice do you have to give?
- Do you keep ownership of the ad account, audiences and creative if you leave?
- What will you report on: clicks and leads, or qualified pipeline?
Agency, in-house, or neither?
If LinkedIn is one channel among several and nobody on your team owns the bigger plan, a channel-only agency fixes one gap and leaves the rest. That's a different decision, and we've written it up separately: marketing as a service, fractional CMO, agency or another hire, and marketing as a service vs hiring a marketing manager.
What Hyphen10 charges
Single Channel is $2,500 a month: one platform, one active campaign, up to four creative concepts a month, continuous optimization and a monthly report. Multi-Channel is $5,000 a month: up to two campaigns, weekly optimization and reporting, structured testing and quarterly reviews. Both are month to month, and ad spend goes straight to LinkedIn. We never take a percentage of it.
The work is run by people who've seen LinkedIn's ad platform from the inside, so targeting is built around the real buying committee rather than one senior title. Full details on our pricing page.
